More than 80 billion pounds of food is wasted annually in the United States. That number is not acceptable to Good Source Solutions. Our purpose is to nourish people and the Earth.

We are motivated to provide sustainable solutions to significantly decrease this number through best practices day in and day out. We want that number reduced by 50% in the next 10 years. By adopting healthy food practices, we help decrease the size of landfills, reducing the amount of methane gases released into the atmosphere and minimizing our carbon footprint. Our efforts reduce global warming effects which is a major threat to agriculture, health, animal species, weather and much more.

On a corporate level, we are effectively minimizing waste daily. We encourage our employees to make sustainable decisions and provide reusable coffee mugs and water bottles, recycled printer paper, energy efficient computers and smart water stations. In just a few months, our corporate office has saved more than 10,000 water bottles through our smart water stations alone.

We pride ourselves in reviewing & negotiating rates daily as well as work in cooperation with carriers to take advantage of backhauling routes and space availability to ensure reduced freight costs.

Our inventory department manages food supply and merchandise availability. We have a large variety of national distribution centers allowing GoodSource to ship economically with short lead times.
