With several brands under their belt including STK, Bagatelle, Heliot Steak House and more, The ONE Group required an updated digital experience to match their sleek, trendy lifestyle brands.

Pulse Creative led the charge starting with a revamp of their website and continuing on to a new email marketing strategy that involved the integration of a loyalty program, seasonal specials and a push towards milestone events for each of their locations.

DEVELOPING A WEBSITE WORTHY OF THE RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE

The ONE Group website was in need of an upgrade, both visually and from a user experience perspective. Pulse Creative’s approach to the design was to create an interface as dynamic and engaging as their in-restaurant experience. This involved integration of impact videos, inclusion of lifestyle visuals and, of course, mouth-watering food imagery. With their main focus to get people into their various locations across the globe, the reservations form and CTAs were kept in prominent locations and on all pages to ensure a higher percentage of conversion.

The ONE Group’s existing email marketing initiatives helped to serve the basic purpose of keeping their audience informed of new menus, events and promotional offers. However, it lacked the fun, vibrant personality that came with its restaurant experience. Pulse Creative was brought on to inject the brand’s essence visually and through their messaging. The strategy also included the launch of a loyalty program to not only retain their favorite customers, but capture new and curious patrons. The end result – above industry average click through rates and increased traffic across the majority of their STK locations.
